Craft Distillery Tour & Tasting

Veteran owned, one-of-a kind Hawaii distillery located in the foothills of the Ko’lau Mountains. Learn how we handcraft Old Pali Road Whiskey, one batch at a time. We share what makes our distillery unique and the steps involved in the distilling process: mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging and bottling. We conclude with a whiskey tasting!
